NJDEP UST Compliance and Enforcement will present on overall compliance requirements for underground storage tank (UST) systems, including common violations and how to avoid them. UST C&E Staff, along with the Contaminated Site Remediation & Redevelopment (CSRR) Program, will discuss the tank closure requirements from the time the UST system is taken out of service through the closure process. This Seminar is an opportunity for facility owners, operators, and compliance managers to learn (or review) the requirements and ask questions.
