ERT Certificate and ID Cards
After DEP receives documentation that you have met all ERT requirements, your ERT certification will be approved and the following 2 PDF files will be emailed to you:
1. An ERT certificate
2. ERT wallet-sized ID cards
These documents will have your name, ERT ID number, and ERT expiration date on them.
Congratulations, they are well earned!
Check Approval Status
If you do not receive these documents within one (1) week of completing and submitting all ERT requirements, first try checking the “Junk” or “Spam” folder in your email account. If you do not find the documents there, please contact the Bureau of Mobile Sources at (609) 292-7953 or at email@example.com to check if we received all of your information and to verify that we have your current email address.
Request a Duplicate Certificate or ID Cards
If you would like to request that a duplicate approval email with your certificate and ID cards be sent to you, please contact the Bureau of Mobile Sources at (609) 292-7953 or at firstname.lastname@example.org.
