Dam Restoration and Inland Waters Projects Loan Program,  N.J.A.C. 7:24A

Public Notice
Take notice that the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection has proposed the readoption of the Dam Restoration and Inland Water Project Loan Program Rules, N.J.A.C. 7:24A without amendment.  The Department has reviewed these rules and has determined them to be necessary, reasonable and proper for the purpose for which they were originally promulgated. N.J.A.C. 7:24A implements the loan program as established in the Green Acres, Clean Water, Farmland and Historic Preservation Bond Act of 1992 (P.L. 1992 c. 88).  The primary objective of these rules is to establish procedures for the proper administration of the loan program.

The proposal is scheduled to be published in the New Jersey Register dated September 20, 2010.
