Notice of Correction to Rule Proposal View Original Notice
Take notice that the NJ Department of Environmental Protection
is correcting the date published (or posted) in the Additional
Notice for the close of the comment period of a rule proposal.
The correct closing date for the following rule is April 8,
2005 (and not April 7, 2005, as originally published):

New Jersey Pollutant Discharge Elimination System, Proposed
amendments: N.J.A.C. 7:14A-2.5, 7.5, 8.5, 10.2 and 10.17 and
Technical Requirements For Site Remediation
Proposed amendments: N.J.A.C. 7:26E-3.1, 3.9, 4.4, 6.3, 8.5
and Appendix E.
Proposed new rule: N.J.A.C. 7:26E-Appendix H

The proposal was published in the New Jersey Register dated
February 7, 2005. A copy of the proposal is available from the Division of Remediation
Management and Response web page, official repository libraries,
and Westlaw Publishing (1-800-808-WEST). Be advised that there
may be a fee for obtaining a copy of the proposal from some
sources.
