NJDEP Fish and Wildlife issues licenses to operate commercial shooting preserves for mallard, pheasant, quail and partridge. These preserves are defined as land, 50 acres or more, with the boundary clearly defined and posted along all boundary lines at intervals of not more than 200 feet with signs.
