Upcoming Public Webinars: Climate Pollutant Reduction and Advanced Clean Cars II

New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection will be holding the following two public webinars: Climate Pollutant Reduction and Advanced Clean Cars II

Dear Interested Stakeholders:

New Jersey is continuing its efforts to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and move towards a clean energy future. The Department will kick-off its public engagement sessions with an open meeting on March 7, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. via Microsoft Teams NJDEP| NJ PACT: Protecting Against Climate Threats | Home. During this meeting, the Department will provide a recap of its first phase of Climate Pollutant Reduction rules and introduce topics – including Advanced Clean Cars II – on which the Department will be seeking stakeholder feedback.

Following that, on March 13, 2023 from 9-11 a.m., the Department will hold a virtual stakeholder meeting specific to the Advanced Clean Cars II rule which you can join via the link below. We will present an outline of the potential rulemaking, and then invite discussion and questions. We look forward to your input.
